This package is for individuals who need an additional sense of accountability and guidance during their health journey. To support the development of lifelong habits it's essential to have a support system to lead you through all milestones, success points, barriers & give insight on how to make positive progress. What's included: Weekly accountability emails to discuss & monitor progress for the duration of 6 months Unlimited support via email in between sessions 4 one on one follow up sessions (30 minutes) Further support, guidance, education and resources as needed
